倾听屋平台是什么
What To-Listen does?
为了让全国各地的青少年可以使用倾听屋的服务,我们的平台基于社交媒体,主要使用哔哩哔哩的构图痛系统。我们的支持方法有两种形式:私人对话和评论部分的社区对话。我们已经以这两种形式为 1000 多名青少年提供了支持。
To support teens from across the country, our platform is based online on social media, mainly using the private chatting system of Bilibili (the Chinese version of YouTube). Our methods of support take form in two ways: private conversations and community conversations in the comment section. We have supported 1000+ teens in both of these forms. The pdf on the left side presents To Listen's initial guidebook written in 2024. It is the file originally used to train all of our To Listen's volunteers, including giving examples and key theories on how to offer support to teen visitors. The guidebook includes 11-pages and is split into 4 sections.

团队会议
Team Meetings
倾听屋团队每月定期举办线下会议。在这些会议上,我们会审查过去一个月提供的答复,并寻找需要改进的领域。此外,本次会议还会对志愿者下个月的上线回复日程进行规划。我们同时也希望通过月度会议的反馈和心理培训来确保所有倾听屋成员在给予青少年来访者支持时拥有高标准的回复。
ToListen's team hosts regular monthly offline meetings. At these meetings, we review the responses that were offered in the past month and look for areas to improve on. Also, the schedule of volunteers is planned at this meeting. These sessions are also implemented to ensure all members are supporting visitors of ToListen at a high standard by providing monthly feedback as well as psychology training.
